The technicians sent by this company quickly came out to fix my broken air conditioner. The technician did a great job and was honest, charging a fair price for the fix. My AC works great now that they are done with the job quickly and well. I'm happy with the service! Keep up the good and honest work. Will use them again if I need HVAC service.
My HVAC unit was only about 10 years old and I needed to get a new one. Their staff was incredibly friendly, responsive, helpful, honest, and easy to work with. The two men who came to install the new unit were amazing as well. They were on time, efficient, and knew exactly what needed to be done. Their technician showed up on time. Was clean, thorough, and friendly. He was able to find the problem with my AC unit quickly and fixed it properly. Alvarez Heating & Air Conditioning has excellent customer service. From the dispatcher who took my call and was able to schedule a service the same day to the HVAC technician who showed up to fix the HVAC issue I was having. From the moment he walked in he was professional, clean, and respected our home. He was extremely thorough and assessed every aspect of our unit. He was able to fix the AC unit efficiently and quickly and left no mess behind. We recommend this company anyone having AC or heating issues.
I cannot say enough good things about Alvarez and their team! They do great work, are very fairly priced, and are extremely professional. You will not regret working with them!
